AST Responsibilities

	Responsibilities of the Advisors of Area and District FFA Officers: (click on corresponding link) Area 9 FFA Advisors (responsibilities begin in May after A9 Convention) District FFA Officer Advisors (responsibilities for the year of service begin after the election) D1, McGee Bend D2, Piney Woods D3, Ricebelt D4, Sam Houston

District FFA President Advisor	Manage District pages on Area 9 website Oversee LDE/CDE awards & conventions, camps, flag ceremony at A9 convention setup and attend all D planning meetings (usually in May to plan summer camps and convention & during the year for specific D functions)
District FFA Officer Advisors	Assist with D LDE/CDE/Speaking event award ceremonies, camps, and conventions. Keep up with District Advisor for planned officer meetings to ensure your officer is in attendance and covers their assignments
